5 Beauty Must-Haves for Your Bridal Clutch on Wedding Day

Aside from your wedding day being one of the most important days of your life, the reality is that it's also one of the longest. So, even if you had a full-on style team that got you ready for the actual ceremony, after the tears, the kisses and hugs, the food and champagne, if you're not careful, all of that hard work could fade.

That's why it's a good idea to have a bridal clutch to carry along with you. It's basically like having a compact "beauty survival kit". And what should go into it? Well, we've got the perfect list.

Lip gloss or lipstick. Probably, one of the first things to go on a beautiful bride's face would have to be her perfectly painted-on lips. In between the ceremony and the reception, during the wedding party receiving line and pictures, as you're dancing the night away, it's nice to have some lip gloss or lipstick close by for impromptu touch-ups.

A powder compact. No one really talks about how much the excitement of the day can make you sweat, but that doesn't make the fact any less true. Carrying along a compact that has some translucent powder in it is great for when your forehead and nose are glistening a little too much.

A small perfume. Even if you can get your makeup to last for hours on end, it's going to be pretty hard for you to smell as fresh as you did at the beginning of the day, especially if you had something like a wedding destination in Orlando and it's during the summer heat in the midst of all of the sand and salt water. So, whatever perfume that you purchased for your special day, make sure to buy a portable size of it too.

Hair pins (and a small brush). If you had your hair styled into an up-do that has your headpiece attached, after a few hours, it may start to feel too tight. If you had your hair done in a way that your veil is pinned to your flowing curls, during your reception, it might start to feel like it's too heavy. Or, if the hairstyle that you started out with starts to fade, you may need to do a quick restyle. It's easier to pull this off if you have some hair pins and a small brush (and/or comb) close by. Of all of the things that we've already discussed, these will probably be the hardest to find upon request so make sure they're in your clutch.

A compact mirror. Whether it's tear stains or lipstick on your teeth, or if you simply need to be able to see your face as you're applying powder or giving your hair a "once through" with your brush, you need to be able to see what you're doing, right? That's why it's imperative that you have a compact mirror. A lot of bridal websites feature ones that are exquisitely designed; ones that you can even personalize with your name and the date of your special day. Once you have all of these things in place, you're free to enjoy your moment in the spotlight---from sunrise to sunset.

Aspirin has been around for a long time and its health benefits are wide and varied. Aspirin , or acetylsalicylic acid is a salicylate drug, often used as an analgesic to relieve minor aches and pains , as an antipyretic to reduce fever , and as an anti-inflammatory medication. Aspirin's greatest benefit is reducing cardiovascular events including heart attacks and strokes. According to the American Heart Assoc. virtually all women are at risk of heart disease and doctors should more strongly consider prescribing a daily aspirin for their female patients. There is growing evidence to suggest regular aspirin use may reduce cancer and dementia as well. Home remedies for common cold

Common cold is a very common malady which affects people during monsoons. (Also see the post Beauty and body care in monsoon for a monsoon beauty regimen.) It can be caused by any one of more than 200 viruses. Normally it is confined to the nose and throat although the virus can infect the larynx and lungs. It is said that there is no particular cure for colds, they are naturally relieved within a week. Treatment is just an attempt to relieve its symptoms such as headache, stuffy nose, sore-throat and congestion. Paracetamol tablets are generally taken to get relief from these symptoms.
