Lemon/lime is a well-known, commonly used fruit in almost every cuisine. Though lime and lemon are spoken of in the same breath, they are actually a bit different from each other. Lime is smaller in size, has a thin smooth skin, sweet smell and contains less juice as compared to lemon. Both are excellent sources of free citrus acid, natural sugars, vitamin C, calcium and phosphorus.
