Stress also influences premature greying as do certain illnesses. Luckily, there are some effective ways to avoid premature greying that can be practiced at home!

Dietary supplements Certain herbs and vitamins are known to reduce stress and premature greying. The deficiency of folic acid has been linked to greying hair. In China, fo-ti also called knotweed is a popular remedy for greying hair. The lack of copper in your body can also lead to your hair losing color. Eating lentils, avocado, garlic, mushroom and soy supplements is a great way to add copper mineral to your diet.
