Before going to any salon for consultation, you should have the help of a medical professional first. What most people don’t know, dermatologists are also experts on the human hair. You want to make sure that you also don’t go for hard to maintain hairstyles that would require you to use a dryer in the process. This is the best precaution that you can do. In this respect, you should consult with a hair stylist for the hairstyle that would require a little maintenance.

eating healthy food Eat Healthy Foods: If you notice children with malnutrition especially those suffering from protein malnutrition will not have thick hair. In fact, they have thinning hair despite their age. This is the reason why you should always eat healthy foods in order for your hair to stay healthy. You also want to make sure that you know the foods that will give you allergies because inflammation of the skin may also happen in the scalp and therefore shed the hair.

The scalp needs added nourishment and what better way than to use coconut oil. Coconut oil can provide nourishment to the scalp without causing any other forms of allergies. If you can’t readily get the pure coconut oil in your area, you may also want to try the Argan oil.

woman shampooing Shampoo Only Twice a Week: If you shampoo your hair more than twice a week, this will lead to decreased natural oil in your hair. This means that it will not look as healthy as it should be. For curly hairs, this type of hair type needs the natural oils in order to look glowing and healthy. use a good deep conditioner once or twice a week. (i recommend using it 2x a week at first, than reduce it to 1x a week once you feel your hair getting healthier!)

Beautiful Hair is an asset for any woman.
. Massage of olive oil and almond oil on your scalp is a good cure of dandruff.
Mash eight strawberries with one tablespoon mayonnaise. Massage into washed, damp hair. Cover with a shower cap, then a warm towel. Wash out with a shampoo/conditioner combination. This luscious mix of rich acidic berries will leave your hair both conditioned and with rich gloss.

Wash your hair with a paste of cooked Urad dal (black beans) and fenugreek (methi) 2-3 times a week. Trim the hair every 4 to 5 weeks even if you are growing it.

Home hair color is best used for subtle changes. Radical change and dramatic effects are best left to the professionals.
