Tamarind is the best facial herbal treatment you can get and in the comfort of your home; and darling it is cheap too. Mix some milk in tamarind power to make a paste. Apply it on your face before going to bed. Keep it on your face for half to one hour. Then wash it. Twice a week is good for you. In case you are busy do apply once a week. The creams and colors of big companies you use to paint your face will actually damage your skin and cause wrinkles in future.

Treatment is just an attempt to relieve its symptoms such as headache, stuffy nose, sore-throat and congestion. Paracetamol tablets are generally taken to get relief from these symptoms.
