Simple remedies for wrinkles

Try out these simple, safe and effective beauty aids to prevent and remove wrinkles and roughness that make their appearance on ageing skin.

1) To a tablespoon of honey, add ¼ th tablespoon of carrot juice. Spread this on face and neck leaving it for 15-20 minutes. Remove with a soft sponge soaked in warm water to which a dash of soda bicarbonate has been added. This will remove the roughness and wrinkles.

2) Gently massage with glycerine and honey. Apply and leave overnight and wash off next morning. This is also very effective in preventing wrinkles.

3) Chewing gum daily for 15-20 minutes everyday gives the face and neck a workout. It tightens the muscles of the face and neck, relieving tension in the forehead, tightening a double chin and prevents formation of undesirable wrinkles.

4) Massage your body with coconut oil 10-15 minutes before your bath. This leaves the skin petal soft and glowing. This is an excellent anti-ageing treatment.

5) As one ages, the skin tends to sag due to lack of moisture. An external application of a good moisturizer is not enough. You need to moisturize yourself from the inside also. So remember to keep yourself properly hydrated with at least 8-10 glasses of water everyday.

    Exfoliate twice a week.
    Also, wash your face every day with warm water and a good scrub.
    Drink PLENTY of water (4 glasses a day will do) and exercise heaps.
    Also stay away from junk food. And remove all make up before bed!

Many women have attested that these products really works.. Why not try Botox or better yet, cosmetic surgery?

    2 Castor oil should be applied to wrinkles regularly to make them less noticeable. Alternately, Coconut oil may be massaged on the skin.

    A daily facial massage will help prevent formation of wrinkles on the face and neck. Starting from the neck, massage your skin slowly. If you do not drink enough water, it can cause dehydration of the skin, causing loss of elasticity and wrinkle formation. Drink at least 8 glasses of water, more if you exercise a lot or the weather is hot. Plenty of fresh fruits and vegetable will provide nutrients to the skin and prevent wrinkles

    Rub lemon juice on blemishes and age spots.
    Apply a paste of turmeric powder to your skin.
    Crush a grape and apply it to wrinkles.

    adding oxygen to your skin can prevent wrinkles, like opening up your pores with a steam.
    Put a hot face towel over your face and let it steam for about 2 min, then rub in a cleaner or lotion and then rinse

    Dip a cotton pad in unbeaten egg white, and smooth it across wrinkles. Leave it on for an hour and remove it with a cotton dipped in ice-cold water.

Investigators from the Women's Health Study have reported important new findings demonstrating that aspirin reduces the risk of a first stroke in women. When given to someone immediately after a heart attack, aspirin decreases death by 25%.
