Instant remedy for a dull face and unsightly nose

Dull face
Sometimes our face simply refuses to brighten up or even to look clean. It is caused by dead skin cells clinging to the skin surface. Unless you shake off these dead cells, fresh cells will not come up and your face will continue to look dull, dirty and patchy.

You need oat meal grains to whisk away dry dead winter withered cells and embedded grime. It is an old time skin exfoliater which gives amazing results.

Gently rub a handful or flaky oat meal grains over pre-moistened skin, rub for about 10 minutes and wash off. Now run your hand over the skin to experience the soft ‘n’ silky touch.

Unsightly nose:
Our nose is ever eager to collect dust, smoke, oily fumes and what not! Result? Large grimy pores and rough skin.

unsightly nose
Make a paste of one egg white and a few drops of lemon juice. Apply it over your nose with a soft brush (use your blusher brush).

When the first coat is about to dry, put another coat over it. Let these dry completely and wash off.

Keep the left-over paste, if any, in the refrigerator, to be used the next day, or the same day after a gap of 5 to 6 hours.

Basil essential oil is used topically to massage the skin. It enhances the luster of dull looking skin as well as hair. As a result it is extensively used in many skin care supplements that claim to improve the tone of your skin. It is also used for acne and skin infections.

You can also use oatmeal and water to create a paste to slough away rough skin or as a mask to help rejuvenate a dull complexion. The acids in strawberries, papayas, and lemons can also help perk up your face, so try rubbing some of the juices on your skin for a fruit enzyme peel.

If you have dry skin, it may be because you’re not getting enough healthy fats – try eating more avocado or fish, or take fish oil supplements. Diet is incredibly important too- make sure you’re eating things that are good for you, that your body can easily process. Otherwise, all the icky that it can’t process will come out through your pores!

your best bet is to take a general multivitamin, along with going outside or even going to a tanning booth for a few minutes a couple of times per week. Anymore it isn't odd for a guy to go to a tanning bed, but don't overdo it. They sell vitamins specifically for skin, but honestly they are generally the same ones you will find in a multivitamin. Also you might want to look into the colors you wear, and the color of your hair, dark colored clothes, and dark colored hair make pale people appear more pale, light colors like white or cream shirts and light brown or blond hair will make you appear a bit less pale automatically

The easiest way to put the life back into the skin is to add a sheer color from a tinted powder or bronzer. Applying with a brush, lightly dust on the cheeks, tip of nose, chin and a sweep across the forehead for a more natural appearance.
