White discharge is not a symptom of endometriosis.
If there is no itching or foul smelling odor, leave it alone. If it itches and there is odor, most likely it's yeast infection. Use over the counter vaginal yeast creams.

Leukorrhea is a medical term that denotes a thick, whitish vaginal discharge. It results from inflammation or congestion of the vaginal mucosa. In cases where it is yellowish or gives off an odour, a doctor should be consulted since it could be a sign of an STD.

Leukorrhea is a sign that the vagina is healthy and keeping clean. It may sometimes occur before a girl has her first period, and is considered a sign of puberty.

There are many causes of leukorrhea, the usual one being increased estrogen. The amount of discharge may increase due to vaginal infection or STDs, in which case it becomes more yellow and foul-smelling. Vaginal discharge is normal for a woman, and all women are different. Causes of change in discharge include infection, malignancy, and hormonal changes.

Leukorrhea may occur normally during pregnancy. This is caused by increased bloodflow to the vagina due to increased estrogen. Female infants may have leukorrhea for a short time after birth due to their in-uterine exposure to estrogen.

It is usually a non-pathological symptom secondary to inflammatory conditions of Vagina or cervix.

After birth leukorrhea accompanied by backache and foul-smelling lochia (post-partum vaginal discharge, containing blood, mucus, and placental tissue) may suggest involution (failure of the uterus to return to pre-pregnant size) due to infection.

It is basically the term for vaginal discharge that tends to be a whitish color and is considered normal. If however, it is green, itchy, has a foul odor it may be a yeast or bacterial infection. Generally, it is thought to be caused by an increase in the hormone estrogen in the body.

Leucorrhoea usually occurs due to certain infections in genital tracts but there are other factors also that can cause this disease. According to Ayurveda it is caused by the vitiation of kapha and commonly visible among weak and anemic women. Wrong feeding habits and excessive accumulation of toxins in the body can also cause white discharge. In young women, leucorrhoea may occur during inter-menstrual periods due to the thickening of the mucous membrane in the reproductive organs. Displacement of womb and lack of hygiene are also important cause for white discharge. The women suffering from white discharge may experience pain in the lumbar region and the calves dragging sensation in the abdomen. Weakness, tiredness, constipation, frequent headaches, intense itching and black patches under the eyes are some other common symptoms of Leucorrhoea or white discharge.

Fried and spicy food should completely be avoided. The patient should not be allowed to keep her stomach empty for a long time. She should not take heavy, indigestible food material. Sour items especially pickle and curds are forbidden. Intake of supari after taking food is very useful both for avoidance and cure of this disease.

Glands inside your vagina and cervix make small amounts of fluid. This fluid flows out of the vagina each day, carrying out old cells that have lined the vagina. This is your body's way of keeping your vagina healthy and clean. The discharge is usually clear or milky and doesn't smell bad.
The color and thickness of the discharge change with your monthly cycle. The discharge is thicker when you ovulate (when one of your ovaries releases an egg), when a woman is breastfeeding or when a woman is sexually excited.
Changes that may signal a problem include an increase in the amount of discharge, a change in the color or smell of the discharge, and irritation, itchiness or burning in or around your vagina. This is called vaginitis. A discharge that's stained with blood when you're not having your period could also be a sign of a problem. Some other types of infections such as yeast infection, bacterial vaginosis and trichomoniasis can also cause discharge that is usually accompanied by odor such as beer/yeast/fish.
I would recommend that if you have any of these signs or any concerns regarding this you consult with your doctor for a proper diagnosis and for proper treatment should you have anything other than just a normal vaginal discharge.

In the meantime, drink lots of water, tender coconut water and barley water too. Additionally try the above home-remedies as well. Hope your problem gets resolved soon.

  14. From what I knew, leukorrhea is a normal white discharge that any woman experiences it at some point. It cleans the vagina and keeps it clean from bad bacteria. I didn`t know you need a remedy for it. Why should you?

  15. Sure, some white discharge is normal. But when there is excess of such discharge, then you should do something about it.
