Beauty for teenagers

Teenagers normally have youthful glowing skin. The innocence of their age reflects on the skin. They shouldn’t go overboard and cover their baby soft skin with layers of makeup, just to look ‘hip and happening’. It will give them a clumsy look. No doubt they have the urge to follow the latest fashion trends, but while following these fads they should not use very bold and harsh colours which might make them lose the innocence of their age.

In the daytime, a good sun bloc lotion and a moisturizer is ideal. A light touch of a lipstick is all that is needed, no need of outlining the lips. For a party in the evening, choose a very soft and light shade of translucent powder. It will give your skin a youthful radiance.

For a dreamy effect use a good quality mascara. Curl your eyelashes with an eyelash curler. Apply a natural shade of shimmer lipstick. This much make-up is sufficient for an innocent youthful looking teenager. But for those who want more, can add a natural shade of blusher to their make-up kit. While going out in the evening, a light touch of blusher on your cheekbones will look just fine.

Teenagers do not really need to take elaborate care of their skin and fuss over it. However if their skin breaks into pimples and acne, the bane of adolescence, they need to consult a dermatologist or for a less severe acne, they can try out a few home remedies. What is more important is to keep the skin clean. Wash your face twice or thrice a day with cold water and apply a good moisturizer.

Drink plenty of water and add lots of fruits and vegetables to your daily diet. This will maintain the natural glow of the skin. In the teens you really do not know which hairstyle is going to suit your face best. You can experiment with as many hairstyles as you like at this point of time.

Skip the foundation- If you have acne the first thing you want to do is slather on the thick foundation. Avoid it at any cost.If you are wearing heavy eye makeup, go for nude lips with just a bit of gloss. Keep face light (stay away from heavy blush) and wear only mascara on your eyes and a light eye shadow. Don’t heavily line your eyes. Play up both and you’ll look like a clown Keep Natural Hair.Doesn’t Leave The Nails To Grow.Don’t Lines The Inside Of Your Eyes.Shave Legs And Take The Shower

Blusher gives your face warmth and makes it livelier. But use it properly since blush used at wrong places might give quite funny looks. For example if you use blush too near to your nose, it will draw your face inwards. If you want to make your eyes appear wide the just sweep some blush outwards. If you want a chiselled look dab some under your cheekbones.

Take snacks that are nourishing, satisfying, and tasty. Always prepare nutritious, well balanced meals and replace those sugary snacks and potato crisps with fresh fruit and nuts.
    Don't skip breakfast
Don't sugar drinks, energy drinks and fruit juices. Instead, try to promote water as an alternative to these high calorie beverages. Not only is water calorie free, but it flushes out harmful toxins and rejuvenates the body.

If your face is usually dry: Before you shower, apply a rich moisturizing mask or thick layer of moisturizer. The moist heat helps the mask plump up fine lines and creases temporarily.

Wear what you like. Don't just wear a certain makeup if you don't like it just because it is popular.

Create your own style. It is okay if you find inspiration from someone else's look whether it be a friend or someone in a magazine, but don't copy. Take bits and pieces and make it unique to you.

Pore shrinking mask recipes from home

A face with large open pores when seen from close quarters doesn’t look so good. While it’s quite common for oily skins to have a tendency towards open pores, an attack of pimples also leaves ugly scars and open pores behind.  Even though the scars may fade away after some time, open pores appear to be more obstinate and hardly show any signs of shrinking.  Age also takes its toll by giving an uneven/pigmented tone to the skin and making the open pores more prominent. Heredity could also be a contributing factor in determining your pore size. It’s not easy to get rid of these pores or shrink them completely or permanently using serums, lotions or face packs.
