It may be something that we haven't considered, but the health of our teeth not only affects how we look it also has a dramatic affect on our overall health. We all know that brushing our teeth leads to a happier smile, but there are many small changes we can make to our diets, cleaning regimes and general oral health that can set us up for a brighter future.

Another important thing we all need to remember is to visit our dentist every 6 months. Now I know this isn't always easy when we are living such busy lives, but these visits are important for picking up on any issues before they become much harder to fix.
