When the skin becomes and and it get gets wrinkles, it means, the circulation of the blood in the tissues is not sufficient. These dead cells have to be stimulated and energised to make them live again. I have prepared some formulations in oil. This oil is massaged gently for about half an hour daily on- say the back of the hands, face, neck, feet, breasts and other parts if you need to energies them. This formulation increases the circulation of the blood and the skin becomes tightened and starts glowing. This treatment has to be continuously taken for about two months.
It removes the aging affect from these areas to a greater extent. I have used it with some exercises and the results were very satisfying.

So I read about the benefits of Turmeric on the skin and decided to try it. Please note that if you are white your skin will turn bright yellow if you put turmeric on it for even 30 seconds. I was able to scrub the color almost off with a industrial strength scrubber but I was scared there for a while. So for white skin it is better to take the Turmeric internally or use it before a heavy duty scrub...

Turmeric helps you minimize pigmentation on your face and even out your skin tone. It can be very easily done at home. Combine a very little turmeric with cucumber or lemon juice and apply to your face. Leave it for some time and rinse off. A one-time application could be of little help and only regular use will give a soft glow to your face.

Youch! DON'T use the chemical hair removers! Your skin is your bodies biggest organ, and anything you put on it GOES INTO YOUR BLOODSTREAM. Try to use natural products on your skin.

Anyway, one way to treat them, as well as razor bumps, is to take a few aspirin, crush them up and add just enough water to make a paste. Apply the paste, then lay back and relax for about twenty minute with a cold washcloth covering the area. Most of the razor bump creams, and ingrown hair products are nothing more than acetylsalicylic acid, which is what aspirin is. A small jar of the creme will cost you about $6, while a bottle of aspirin that will make the same amount of creme will cost you about a dollar fifty.

It's amazing that despite the amount of benefits that curcumin has, the US lobbyists are still working hard to keep its health benefits under wraps. The cancer rate in the US is 3x higher than China, and almost 10x higher than India but, tackling the sources of cancer would put too much of a dent in profits of not just corporations but the gov, too. For example, my friend was using one of those belt things from http://www.abbelts.com and after about 5 years of use, he developed a tumor in kidney. I'm not a doctor, but my gut tells me that the ab belt was responsible... if it was, it would be one of many carcinogenic products that american companies are shoving down our throats.

Do not apply it to the scalp!!!
One of it's uses is to reduce hairgrowth, it's known as a good hair inhibitor if used daily on your face, arms and legs. That's why not a good idea to apply on the scalp.
I use it on my face, it looks a little yellow but clears out acne and makes the skin very soft and clear. You can mix it with yoghurt if you have dry skin like I do.

    1. It is said that application of turmeric helps to reduce unwanted hair to a certain extent. But it may take a long time. It's great for the skin too especially as it has antibacterial, antiseptic and anti-fungal properties. You may consider applying it everyday but the drawback is that the slightly yellowish tinge that it gives to the skin persists even after washing. Why don't you also take a look at this homemade oil for unwanted hair?
