4 Secrets for the Best Legs of Your Life

When a woman looks her best, she feels her best. Putting the best foot forward is always ideal when it comes to appearance. When a woman breaks down the different parts of her body she'd like to improve, the legs are often at the top of the list. Whether a woman wants her legs to be long and lean or short and muscular, each woman has an ideal look she desires for her legs. Consider these four tips to get the best legs of your life!

1. Fitness
Cardiovascular activity, weight training and stretching all work together well for the legs. A great activity to try is jumping rope. Jumping rope is great for getting the heart rate up, burning calories and working those legs directly. It is important to melt away the fat so that when it is time to do weight training, the muscle definition will shine through. Lift heavy weights and get on machines like the leg press and the squat machine. These machines will help define, tone and build the muscles in the legs and glutes for beautiful definition.

2. Exfoliation & Moisture
While taking a shower will get the skin clean, exfoliation will slough off dead skin cells and make the skin glow. Using a sugar or salt scrub with olive oil, mix the two together and rub the mixture on the legs while they're still dry. After rubbing the mixture thoroughly, wash it off with warm water. The legs will be soft to the touch. Then, pat the skin with a towel and leave it damp. Rub in an emollient body butter or natural oil like coconut oil. This will moisturize the skin and keep it protected and glowing.

3. Proper Hair Removal
In some cultures, leg hair is considered unsightly. However, it can be a little annoying to routinely pull out the razor to shave or go to the salon for a waxing. Consider laser hair removal because it eliminates the hair at the root so it won't grow back. For this procedure, look for companies like The Sheen Vein Institute that use FDA-approved equipment.

4. Nutrition
What goes in must come out. Whatever a woman eats and drinks will show up on her skin. In this case, be sure to eat plenty of healthy fruits, vegetables, nuts and grains. Drink lots of water because the skin thrives when it is moisturized from the inside.

There's nothing like wearing a great pair of heels to show off a lovely pair of legs. When a woman puts this four secrets into action, people will stop in their tracks when she walks by!

Try leg rolls. Lie on your right side and place your left arm on the floor in front of you for support and balance. With your left leg, raise it at hip level. Pretend your leg is in a barrel and with your toes, lead the rest of your leg to trace the inside of the barrel. Do 60 circles and then switch and do 60 more.

Cycling. Lots and lots of cycling. You won't bulk up unless you do hard out sprint training, but cycling tones the legs like crazy.

Pore shrinking mask recipes from home

A face with large open pores when seen from close quarters doesn’t look so good. While it’s quite common for oily skins to have a tendency towards open pores, an attack of pimples also leaves ugly scars and open pores behind.  Even though the scars may fade away after some time, open pores appear to be more obstinate and hardly show any signs of shrinking.  Age also takes its toll by giving an uneven/pigmented tone to the skin and making the open pores more prominent. Heredity could also be a contributing factor in determining your pore size. It’s not easy to get rid of these pores or shrink them completely or permanently using serums, lotions or face packs. Even resorting to drastic chemical/surgical procedures at the dermatologist’s isn’t quite capable of giving satisfactory results.  Nevertheless, you can try and minimize their appearance at least temporarily with clever makeup and a few natural skin care masks such as these: * Cleanse your face with a mild ...

Home remedies for sleeplessness

The day dawns beautifully for those who have had a night of good sleep. But the same day drags on for those who have spent a disturbing, sleepless night. Sleep is a biological necessity even as eating and drinking are. Sufficient sleep renders a person normally sociable, lively and high-spirited. It’s a nature’s way of rejuvenating the person for the next day. Realize all this, and make sleep a physiological habit. The consequences of long time sleep deprivation can be very grave. Lack of sleep takes its toll on the skin and hair. It causes acne-breakouts and makes one look aged and haggard beyond years. Experts opine that during sleep as our metabolic rate falls, blood goes to those areas which need the most repairing. This also steps up the production of collagen and keratin, which aid the regeneration of skin cells and help resist premature ageing. So for a younger looking and a problem free skin you need to have a good quality of sleep every night.

Aspirin for acne-prone skin

Aspirin has been around for a long time and its health benefits are wide and varied. Aspirin , or acetylsalicylic acid is a salicylate drug, often used as an analgesic to relieve minor aches and pains , as an antipyretic to reduce fever , and as an anti-inflammatory medication. Aspirin's greatest benefit is reducing cardiovascular events including heart attacks and strokes. According to the American Heart Assoc. virtually all women are at risk of heart disease and doctors should more strongly consider prescribing a daily aspirin for their female patients. There is growing evidence to suggest regular aspirin use may reduce cancer and dementia as well. Investigators from the Women's Health Study have reported important new findings demonstrating that aspirin reduces the risk of a first stroke in women. When given to someone immediately after a heart attack, aspirin decreases death by 25%.
