Funny Beauty Quotes

Humour is an essential, scientifically proven, yet highly overlooked, element of holistic health. One good belly laugh a day is believed to be as therapeutic as 15 minutes of meditation. Yet many of us forget to get our daily dose of the "laugh" vitamin. If you don't laugh much, and want to rectify the situation, try to associate with humorous fun loving people and avoid the downers. If you are a loner, turn to books on satire, read jokes or watch comedy serials or movies to keep your humour muscles vigorous. On that note, go through this collection of funny beauty quotes and pump your humour muscles.

A very good tonic for keeping the mind very healthy!
Usually, we get 'stuck' to something we try to achieve, and if the situation is not very favourable, or conducive, we get depression, dejection etc.
Humour affords us to look at the situation a bit differently, and allows us to 'distance' ourselves from the situation and enjoy its funny aspects. This process gently dis-engages us from being deeply 'stuck'. Just like when too much wet sticky mud gets stuck to our shoe-soles, it makes walking fast a bit difficult and uncomfortable. So occasionally, we take a pause, remove atleast some mud and make the shoe a bit lighter and continue walking! Humour lessens the burden on minds for a while!

We like jokes because they serve several important functions. They 'break the ice' to make us feel comfortable, they build relationships by laughing together, and in some circumstances they can identify groups of people depending on who laughs or gets offended.

Pore shrinking mask recipes from home

A face with large open pores when seen from close quarters doesn’t look so good. While it’s quite common for oily skins to have a tendency towards open pores, an attack of pimples also leaves ugly scars and open pores behind.  Even though the scars may fade away after some time, open pores appear to be more obstinate and hardly show any signs of shrinking.  Age also takes its toll by giving an uneven/pigmented tone to the skin and making the open pores more prominent. Heredity could also be a contributing factor in determining your pore size. It’s not easy to get rid of these pores or shrink them completely or permanently using serums, lotions or face packs. Even resorting to drastic chemical/surgical procedures at the dermatologist’s isn’t quite capable of giving satisfactory results.  Nevertheless, you can try and minimize their appearance at least temporarily with clever makeup and a few natural skin care masks such as these: * Cleanse your face with a mild ...
