Relieve burning sensation in the feet / soles and palms with these remedies

Some people experience a burning sensation in their feet on hot summer days. No need to panic or resort to medications in such cases. These simple cures will help counteract this problem.

* This burning sensation in the feet as well as in your palms can be relieved by the use of henna leaves. Grind henna leaves into a fine paste and apply the same over the soles. Allow the paste to stay on for a few hours. If henna leaves are not available, you can use henna powder (buy from here) instead.

* Applying the paste of henna (mehendi) and vinegar/lemon-juice too can cure this problem.

* Take a handful of neem flowers and soak them in a cup of water overnight. Next morning, squeeze the flowers in water and strain the liquid through a piece of cloth. Drink this liquid in small doses several times a day for 4-5 days. This is also helpful in warding off the burning sensation in the eyes along with the burning sensation felt at the palms and the soles of the feet.
