While climbing stairs, a lot of people are seen sticking out their bottoms to balance themselves. This looks terrible. One must carefully align one's body to keep it in a straight line while climbing up stairs.
It is a natural instinct to bend forward in order to adjust the centre of gravity of the body on an incline but bending forward should be at a certain angle. Climbing stairs is an effort for everyone but thrusting out the bottom and plodding up heavily doesn't make it easier.
