Make a paste of 1 spoon milk cream, 1 spoon multani mitti, ½ spoon honey and little amount of oil. Apply this paste on your skin and keep it there for 10-15 minutes. Wash it off after it gets dry

I would start from the inside first, add a vitamin E and zinc supplement to ur diet and hydrate ur body by drinking water or herbal tea.
Exfoliate once a week and moisturise with Bio oil before going to bed or E 45 cream.
this was recommended by a dermatologist.
