Inner Beauty

Everyone is today concerned with physical health and beauty. Let us consider some hints for making ourselves beautiful from the inside too. Follow the following steps for a complete ‘inner’ make-up.

Firstly, cleanse the skin with a cleanser called ‘chastity’.

If face reflects dryness and harshness, massage it with cold cream of ‘mental calmness’.

Now apply a moisturizer of ‘purity’, then dab on a foundation of ‘prudence’. All movements to be upwards and uplifting.

If skin is oily with ‘depression’, apply a skin toner of ‘cheerfulness’.

Now dab on a little face powder of ‘generosity’.

Apply blush-on of ‘warmth’ and a highlighter of ‘goodness’.

Apply kohl of ‘modesty’.

Eyeliner of ‘charity’ and ‘kindness’ adds sparkle to the eyes.

Mascara of ‘power of observation’ can be applied.

The lipstick of ‘silence’ is good for gossipy lips.

Lip gloss of ‘optimism’ can be applied evenly.

Cure for worry-lines, dark circles and wrinkles, is the regular and ample application of ‘faith’.

Now you are fit to be called a perfect beauty.

Inner beauty means the divine qualities gifted to us.

We are all souls and we have divine qualities like peace, happiness, love etc.

The more we use they develop, as you give to others means you are sowing the seeds of quality in others. Nurture. It will grow faster.

We lost our identity as souls. Self realization means realize you in the form of soul

Just keep those negative emotions under check....
    Anger, hatred, jealousy, fear....
Inner beauty knows how to spread its irresistible fragrance all over the place. Then it will be really difficult to remain inconspicuous!

outer beauty is transitory and inner beauty is eternal. We do place a high premium on outer beauty, but because the definition of what is beautiful varies with the times and the culture in which it is being considered it is evident that outer beauty definately is somewhat determined by the observer. Inner beauty transcends all perception, time, and culture....like the beauty of Mother Theresa

For attractive lips, speak words of kindness. For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people. For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry. For beautiful hair, let a child run his/her fingers through it once a day. For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone. People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed; never throw out anyone. Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you will find one at the end of each of your arms. As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands; one for helping yourself, and the other for helping others.

Stress is a major factor: the release of powerful stress hormones like cortisol can cause the body to release oils, provoke breakouts and damage skin in the long-term. And there’s nothing worse than smoking, which produces an oxidative reaction that damages the skin and collagen at the cellular level. What’s positive about this news is that it means you can control, to a remarkable extent, how your face ages with the choices you make. It means that your Inner Beauty—your self-esteem, love and ability to see beauty in others—directly impacts your exterior

To give yourself the best odds of aging gracefully, stick to the basics first. Eat well. Exercise. Protect yourself from the sun. Don’t smoke. Breathe. Live with joy and find healthy ways to manage stress. Find a doctor you trust and maintain your overall health. Anything else you do on top of those choices, from spending on cosmetics and skin care products to choosing dermatological procedures, is only going to be effective if you’ve given yourself a great foundation for lifelong beauty.

The more your outer beauty is a critical aspect of your self-image and the more your self-esteem depends on it, the more willing you will be to spend money you might not have on cosmetic treatments. The more comfortable you are with yourself on the inside, the more likely you’ll probably be to go back to basics until things turn around. Inner beauty, thank goodness, tends to be free.

To feel good about yourself because you have strong self-esteem and a healthy, energetic existence that allows you to appreciate the subtle beauty of day-to-day life and, ultimately, know your purpose in life—and show off that purpose by helping others do the same

Never use makeup. Never try and make yourself pretty. God made you, not makeup and nice clothes. God doesn't make mistakes. Never try to improve yourself because its about whats on the inside.
