Natural Hair Oils You Should Try

With all of the beauty products thrown at us these days it’s easy to forget that there are a lot of natural hair oils available to us that are healthy and work wonders. Hair oils have been around for centuries and are used by many of the old civilizations to this day. Here are some of the more popular ones that you can look into.
Coconut Oil

The oils found in coconuts are packed with vitamins and minerals that make your hair stronger so that it’s less likely to break. It’s actually thought by many to be the best natural oil for hair out there because it penetrates the scalp and works from the inside out to make the hair not only stronger but more flexible. If you’re wondering why flexibility is important for your mane, the answer is simply that the more flexible your hair, the less likely it is to break.  Coconut oil is used in a lot of conditioners because it works as a deep conditioner for the scalp so that you get moisturized smooth and shiny strands that look and feel nourished.

This oil is a favorite of many people who have thick course hair because it gives such phenomenal results. Emu oil is the one and only oil on this list which is taken from an animal- the emu bird.

That being said, it’s also good for people who have oily hair because while some other oils make oily hair appear to be in even worse condition this one makes it appear to be in a much better condition.     coconut oil.. leave it on over night then wash in the morning... it should provide enough nutrients and stuff.. it worked for me..

    The most common oils for hair are jojoba (the closest to what your scalp produces), coconut, and extra virgin olive oil. It really just depends on what your hair likes. Some people's hair doesn't like oil at all. But I find it's a great way to moisturize my hair. Note: a little goes a long ways and I find that it works best on damp hair.

  3. By and far - the best oil for hair is the Kukui Nut oil - from the kukui nut in Hawaii.
    Next best is Coconut oil.
    They both make the hair shiny & supple, and give the hair strength and body.
    IF you are out in the sun a lot, your hair may become lighter.
