Secrets of Simone's flawless skin and gorgeous hair. Her daily beauty regime:
I don't follow any strict beauty regime. Fortunately, I am genetically blessed with good skin and hair and  I have to do very little to maintain it that way. Cleansing and moisturizing my skin is one skin care routine, that I never miss.  However, I am very careful about the products that I use and never compromise on quality. I always choose the best  products and never settle for cheap stuff, as this can prove disastrous for the skin in the long run.  And that  goes for hair as well. For my hair, I pick only high-quality Garnier products that have natural ingredients and are devoid of  harmful chemicals.

Her hair care routine:
You might not believe me, but I don't have any special hair-care routine. Due to my hectic time schedule, I don't get enough time to fuss over it. The only thing I use is Garnier Hair colour and Ultra Doux Shampoo and conditioner. Ultra Doux has a very mild range of shampoos and conditioners with natural ingredients like figs, olive oil, walnut, lemon and other such things which not only nourish your hair but also give it the required lustre, volume and fullness to your hair.

The role of diet  on skin and hair:
I believe that what you eat always reflects on your skin and hair. I make it a point to always include a lot of fruits and green vegetables in my diet. Staying well-hydrated also helps. One vegetable that I recommend is cucumber and eat loads of it during the day. As our food mainly has lots of carbohydrates and proteins which are essentially acidic in nature, cucumber with its alkaline nature and almost zero calories sort of balances it.

Her diet regimen:
I don't believe in following a strict diet regime and eat what I feel like, but sensibly and in a right proportion and I do maintain healthy balance between healthy and junk food.  I love to gorge on a pizza or a burger once in a while.

To go from drab to fab in seconds:
Use a voluminizing mascara. Its effects are miraculous!

Simone's idea of de-stressing:
Reading!  It's a great stress-buster. The world of books mesmerizes me and transports me to an entirely different land and time. In fact, I devour everything -- Fiction, non-fiction, chick-lit, biographies, history, anthropology and so on and so forth....

Simone's favorite quote:
Life is what happens to you when you are busy making other plans by John Lennon

Make washing your face when you wake up and before you sleep a habit.
I was my face with a scrub, it doesn't have to be expensive.
It scrubs off the dead skin. at night i apply vaseline on my face to hydrate it and in the morning i use clean and clear.
Its in a little purple and white bottle that helps get rid of and prevent pimples.

If you do this regularly it'll start to go away within a week. i do this everyday and night. i've never had a pimple.
