DIY Organic Miracle Body Scrub

An easy to-do recipe for an invigorating body scrub, all organic, and delicious!

It is way too easy to get wrapped up and spend thousands of dollars to have beautiful skin. We go to spas and salons to stay young and have the best, most youthful glowing skin, but do we even know what the ingredients are that we are using?

Personally, I believe that if you can’t eat it, then neither should your skin.

In this day and age of wanting to economize and save some money, it’s so simple to use everyday household goods to take amazing care of your skin for a fraction of the price you would spend in any store. I have tried every product under the sun and I have found that some of the best ingredients are the ones made by Mother Earth, herself.
Cucumbers to get rid of dark circles and puffiness. Honey to tighten the skin and yogurt to sooth and even out the, sometimes, stressed skin on our faces.

When it come to the whole body care, I really love body scrubs. They help exfoliate, which reveals the skin you have underneath all of the dead layers visible in your every-day life.

When making a scrub I feel its very important to always use organic ingredients to help minimize the amount of pesticides and other foreign chemicals into your system. That way you get the cleanest, highest forms of nutrients into your homemade scrub.

Scrubs are amazing for the skin, but the one I am recommending below should not be used on the face. The face is very delicate and when you have a scrub that has uneven or rigged sugars or salts, you can damage the delicate facial skins surface.

Here is my wonderful recipe for a body scrub you can use in the shower to keep your whole body and skin radiant and youthful.

organic miracle sugar body scrub

Organic Sugar Body Scrub

Ingredients
1 organic orange
1 organic lemon
1 organic lime
1/2 cup of organic honey
1/2 cup of organic coconut oil
1/2 cup of olive oil
4 cups of organic brown sugar
1 container big enough to hold it all

Method:
Start with a clean cutting surface, of course, and then cut all of your fruit in half, and juice it, removing the seeds as you go along, all into a bowl large enough to mix the rest of the ingredients. Then, add the organic sugar and mix the juice and sugar together. I use a good wooden spoon so that it doesn’t break as I’m stirring along.

You then add the honey (I like locally harvested honey because it adds great allergy protection properties), organic coconut and olive oils to the mixture so that it is wet in consistency. To your liking you can add almond oil, or any other kind of oil, as long as it is edible. YUM!

I usually take my great new batch of sugar scrub and place it in a big Tupperware container, so that it is easy to store right in your shower, and it doesn’t get full of water while your shampooing your hair. It also makes it especially easy to dip in your hand or big wooden for a nice scoop of your exfoliating and delicious sugar body scrub!

You’re gonna love your skin.. I promise.

    body scrub from clarins.
if you prefered the economical ones, table salt (not fine)will do the trick. use once or twice a week only.
remember to apply moisturizer after shower or scrub.

  4. Body scrub exfoliates our skin, it removes dead skin cells and makes your skin look brighter. You should probably use it only once a week or every two weeks. If not you could run into over drying and irritation, which is no fun. When you're in the shower wait until your skin becomes soft from the moisture, like after you've already been in there for 10 minutes. Start from the heel of your foot massaging the body scrub into your skin gently in a circular motion. Once your done exfoliating your whole body, rinse it off and you'll be able to go. Lol just as courtesy to your family members, some body scrubs can leave a slippery residue in the bath tub, rinse it well to avoid accidents.

Pore shrinking mask recipes from home

A face with large open pores when seen from close quarters doesn’t look so good. While it’s quite common for oily skins to have a tendency towards open pores, an attack of pimples also leaves ugly scars and open pores behind.  Even though the scars may fade away after some time, open pores appear to be more obstinate and hardly show any signs of shrinking.  Age also takes its toll by giving an uneven/pigmented tone to the skin and making the open pores more prominent. Heredity could also be a contributing factor in determining your pore size. It’s not easy to get rid of these pores or shrink them completely or permanently using serums, lotions or face packs. Even resorting to drastic chemical/surgical procedures at the dermatologist’s isn’t quite capable of giving satisfactory results.  Nevertheless, you can try and minimize their appearance at least temporarily with clever makeup and a few natural skin care masks such as these: * Cleanse your face with a mild ...
