Reduce Salt Intake
According to Dr. Axe, sodium is not just linked to high blood pressure, it can also lead to fluid retention and under-eye puffiness. Dr. Axe recommends using a little pure Himalayan sea salt if you must use salt and avoiding foods high in sodium. Soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, steak sauce, hamburger relish, canned anchovies, smoked salmon, Italian salami, bacon, cheese, pickles, sauerkraut, many canned soups, sunflower seeds, cashews, almonds, and many canned vegetables are some foods high in sodium. Dr. Axe asserts that fresh celery can help curb your craving for salt.

Tea
According to Reader's Digest, the natural tannins contained in caffeinated tea are a natural diuretic and can reduce under-eye puffiness. Soak two tea bags in hot water. After soaking, chill the bags in the refrigerator for a few minutes before placing one bag on each eye for five minutes.

Eye Cream
According to Dr. Axe, as we age, the skin naturally becomes dehydrated due to a lack of collagen. Moisturizing the skin is essential. Certain products can firm your skin, smooths wrinkles, and reduces the appearance of bags under the eyes. This cream contains a high concentration of Cichoric Acid, which is a natural antioxidant that helps firm your skin by blocking the enzymes that break down collagen. A vegetable-based emollient helps maintain the skin's moisture balance, and water lily reduces skin irritation and redness.

Sleep
In order to get rid of bag it is essential for you to do your best to get plenty of sleep. It is also a good idea to train your body to get into a sleep routine. Make sure that you are trying to go to bed and wake up at the same time most every day. You can even use natural supplements, such as those offered by Rise-N-Shine, to help you feel awake and energized right when you wake up. It really is amazing how much of a difference some sleep can make for your body. Mayo Clinic suggests sleeping with your head slightly raised. To do this, you can prop up the head of your mattress or sleep with an extra pillow. Sleeping with your head slightly elevated helps prevent fluid from accumulating around your eyes. May Clinic also recommends getting enough sleep to help prevent under-eye puffiness. Seven to eight hours of sleep is sufficient for most adults.

Avoid Alcohol and Caffeine
Alcoholic and caffeinated beverages can lead to mild dehydration, which can make dark circles under your eyes more obvious. Instead, drink a lot of water to stay hydrated. Water helps your skin stay firm, according to WebMD.

Hemorrhoid Cream

exercising your facial muscles helps to tone and strengthen your face and reduce under eye dark circles and puffiness.Try palpating the area around your eyes lightly.
Using the tips of your fingers, make fluttering motions with your fingers and lightly graze the area.
This will rev up circulation and “smooth out” little creases.

Aloevera, the wonder herb

Of all the herbs available in the kitchen garden, aloe is perhaps the richest in healing properties and has been rightly named the “first-aid” plant. It has moisturizing and emollient properties and is used in cosmetic creams, sun-lotions, shaving creams and face packs. It can easily be cultivated as a house-plant in a sunny warm spot with good drainage. Cosmetologists mix aloe with several other herbs and draft fancy names for it. Then these “herbal” avatars are sold at exorbitant prices. Growing a plant and using fresh gel is much more effective than bottled gel, simply because it is alive and therefore is more potent. It is the only plant whose extract is applied directly from plant to face in its natural and purest form.
