You can start consuming vitamin B complex supplements that contain riboflavin, thiamine, and pantothenic acid that will help get rid of dry skin. Another vitamin thas has been proven to help with dry skin is zinc and beta-carotene. Take the recommended daily dosage of these supplements to stop and prevent dry skin.
