There is a wide variety of designs from which you can select a pair that will polish-off your wardrobe and make your natural beauty more noticeable.  There will be designer styles available in a myriad of vibrant colours and with varying frames for you to choose.

Protection for Your Eyes

Your eyes need protection on a daily basis from excessive exposure to light and harmful UV rays.  A quality pair of sunglasses improves your visual comfort and clarity by protecting them from glare which can cause eye strain and accidents as well.

Your glasses should have the proper fit for you to receive the maximum benefit from wearing them.  Make sure that they are close enough to your face to keep out stray light but far enough away so that your eyelashes won’t smear your frames.

Remember that the price you pay doesn’t mean that you are getting more UV protection. Studies show that there is no correlation between high prices and UV coverage.  You want to look good but you want good protection for your sensitive eyes.

Be a Fashion Statement

When you decide to get new sunglasses, you should think about your hair and eyebrow colour and the natural skin tones that you have; your sunglasses should flatter and complement your physical features and colouring.

Also consider the dominant colour in your wardrobe and how often you wear it.  This same colour will make a good frame colour for your sunglasses and coordinate with many of your outfits.

As a rule, dark skin tones look better with darker frames or those that carry bright colours; pale skin and lighter coloured hair looks better with light-coloured or tortoise frames.  You should try them on to see which accent matches your features the best.

Be True to Your Personality

Sunglasses say a lot about your style, who you are, and what your personality is like; the eyewear that you select should be consistent with the fashion statement that you want to make.

If you’re a bold person, choose bold, dynamic frames; if you’re shy and quiet, pick frames that help you to be one of the crowed without drawing attention to yourself.

When buying sunglasses, it’s a good idea to take along a friend who knows you well and who will give you an honest opinion about how your sunglasses look on you.

You should seek a balance between the shape of your face and the shape of the frames that you choose; a good friend can see how they achieve this balance.  You want to make sure that your selection will be one with which you are pleased.

Final Note

Buying sunglasses can complement your style or change your look altogether; the choice is up to you.  You should select a quality pair of sunglasses that protects your eyes and gives you a stylish, dynamic look.

Natural remedies for dark circles around your eyes

Dark circles around your eyes. How unsightly they look and even your best dress and layers of make-up sometimes does not quite succeed in concealing them! Blame it on your genes or your lifestyle, but, you cannot deny the fact that these are a blot on your beauty . And they become more prominent as you age. Let’s just debunk some of the myths as well as unearth some of the facts about the causes of these ‘ panda eyes ’.   Dark circles under eyes usually are temporary and not a medical concern. You may be surprised to learn that fatigue usually isn't the cause of dark circles. Instead, the most common cause is nasal congestion. When your nose is congested, veins that usually drain from your eyes into your nose become widened (dilated) and darker.

Home remedies for sleeplessness

The day dawns beautifully for those who have had a night of good sleep. But the same day drags on for those who have spent a disturbing, sleepless night. Sleep is a biological necessity even as eating and drinking are. Sufficient sleep renders a person normally sociable, lively and high-spirited. It’s a nature’s way of rejuvenating the person for the next day. Realize all this, and make sleep a physiological habit. The consequences of long time sleep deprivation can be very grave. Lack of sleep takes its toll on the skin and hair. It causes acne-breakouts and makes one look aged and haggard beyond years. Experts opine that during sleep as our metabolic rate falls, blood goes to those areas which need the most repairing. This also steps up the production of collagen and keratin, which aid the regeneration of skin cells and help resist premature ageing. So for a younger looking and a problem free skin you need to have a good quality of sleep every night.
