Coconut oil, due its high saturated fat content was branded as unhealthy and artery-clogging which could cause heart diseases. This claim has been widely disproved by the scientific community and it is now being hailed as one of world’s healthiest cooking oils. Though it may take time, perceptions are slowly changing as people are beginning to realize its tremendous benefits. Coconuts and coconut oil have always been a part of the cuisine in tropical countries like India (South) and Sri Lanka and even today coconut is indispensable in their diet. For now, let’s leave aside the health benefits and focus our attention on the beauty uses of this wonderful oil. South Indian women swear by it. They attribute their dense, long, raven black hair and a flawless , clear complexion to good genes and the liberal use of coconut oil in their diet and beauty regimen.
Do exercise that will tone your muscles and improve your overall well-being. I suggest that you ride a bike or go jogging, go swimming, do some active sport such as racquetball, etc
ReplyDeleteActually a lot of people do gain weight because there is nothing to do because it is cold and they are lazy. I try and not gain weight and exercise as much as i can just like I do in the summer. It doesn't matter if its summer and she have to look great in a bathing suit. If its winter you still can go swimming and no one ( at least me ) does not want to be looking at all the fat i have gained. Thats what i think

ReplyDeleteit is harder to lose fat in the winter than it is in the summer. it is, like most things alive your bodies metabolism slows down during the winter.

ReplyDeleteI try to avoid deep fried everything because in cold weather (though its rare i have it in hot weather anyway) your body doesn't burn as much fat.
