Himalaya Neem Face Pack

Himalaya Neem Face PackIf you have an oily and acne-prone skin, clay based face packs will work wonders for you. Himalaya Neem Face pack is one such face pack that is highly recommended for pimple-prone skin and in summers. It contains ingredients like neem, turmeric (Haldi) and Multani mitti (fuller’s earth) – all of which are exceedingly beneficial for the skin. While anti-bacterial Neem and Turmeric effectively help to eliminate acne-causing bacteria and prevent recurrence of pimples, Multani mitti (fuller’s earth) has the ability to draw out the impurities and excess sebum from the pores and soothe the skin.

Spread out the mask on your face leaving the area around the eyes and allow it to dry for around 10-15 minutes. Then wash it off with cold water to get a refreshed and rejuvenated facial skin.

The advantage of mud treatment is that it is able to retain moisture and coolness for longer
periods than cold water packs or compresses. The cold moisture in the mud packs relaxes the
pores of the skin, draws the blood into the surface, relieves inner congestion and pain, promotes
heat radiation and elimination of morbid matter.

Coconut oil for beauty

Coconut oil, due its high saturated fat content was branded as unhealthy and artery-clogging which could cause heart diseases. This claim has been widely disproved by the scientific community and it is now being hailed as one of world’s healthiest cooking oils. Aspirin for acne-prone skin

Aspirin has been around for a long time and its health benefits are wide and varied. Aspirin , or acetylsalicylic acid is a salicylate drug, often used as an analgesic to relieve minor aches and pains , as an antipyretic to reduce fever , and as an anti-inflammatory medication. Aspirin's greatest benefit is reducing cardiovascular events including heart attacks and strokes. According to the American Heart Assoc. virtually all women are at risk of heart disease and doctors should more strongly consider prescribing a daily aspirin for their female patients. There is growing evidence to suggest regular aspirin use may reduce cancer and dementia as well. Investigators from the Women's Health Study have reported important new findings demonstrating that aspirin reduces the risk of a first stroke in women. When given to someone immediately after a heart attack, aspirin decreases death by 25%.
