Sleeplessness, too many late nights and fatigue takes its toll on the under eye skin. Result? Darkened eye contour and puffy eyes. Now Garnier’s new innovation ‘light Eye Roll On’, a first of its kind massaging roller claims to tackle the problem of puffy eyes and dark circles. Massage is a technique used by experts to boost natural draining and decongest tired eyes. The formula, enriched with caffeine pro-vitamin 5, which are known for their stimulating properties on micro-circulation and hydration respectively, energizes the eyes, taking away all signs of tiredness and helps brighten the skin and boosts radiance. It’s available all over India for Rs199 per 15ml !!!
I use it in the morning as sometimes my eyes can be puffy when I wake up making me look like a zombie. It doesn’t give the desired outcome instantaneously, but after a gentle stroking massage (watch here), it feels good – very soothing, cool and relaxing. I use it again before bedtime after a long day, I enjoy the cool massage it gives, my tired eyes feel so refreshed and relaxed, the little roller ball feels nice and soothing on skin. The cream is not too thick and instantly gets absorbed into the skin. It’s a wonderful product, but nothing extraordinary. I have to admit that home-remedies with cucumber slices, tea bags, spoons etc work just as well against puffiness for me and as for dark circles, they aren’t so prominent, so I can easily hide them under a concealer.

It’s so cute! I love the rollerball. I was thinking that might be a good idea because the metal rollerball might be cool and soothing to the eyes.

ReplyDeleteI bought this product this past weekend. I have extremely puffy eyes and dark circles. I have tried every product I could get my hands on! I used the roll on and instantly felt the puffiness “shrink” away. It has worked beautifully for the puffiness but I’m still waiting for results on the dark circles.
