The fragrant mint has a distinct aroma liked by all. This wonder herb does more than just emit good aroma. The name mint originates from the Greek word ‘mentha’. One of the reasons mint is favored is because of the presence of menthol, which facilitates good digestion. It is also said that the Chinese used mint to combat spasms and cure upset tummies.
