ReplyDeletets not healthy. If you ate unhealthy things, after you start a new regimen those things will basically be obsorved and used within a week. So cleansing doesnot really work.
ReplyDeleteEspecially since your body will absorve what you ate in the last few days before cleansing can have any effects. There is 0 reserch that proves it.I would woory about your new diet though. Is it paleo. Or zone. Something healthy you will stick with.
Are ou gonna eat reall foods or what. Meat, veggies, little fruit, little startch, nuts and seeds, and no sugar.

ReplyDeleteI use OxyPowder. The stuff works so great. I get it from a guy on eBay for the best price I've found. He has lots of good info about how & why it works. Basically putting oxygen into your digestive track, melting the crud away. Cleans you out with no cramping. I now buy in bulk & take it just for maintenance or after I've eaten a heavy meal. Colon cleanse will make you feel better and might regulate your bowel movements, but I don't think it will help with your other problems like a hormonal imbalance, either insulin or thyroid.
