AVOCADO-BANANA FACE MASK This particular face mask not only scrubs your skin but simultaneously nurtures it. This mask is suitable for individuals possessing bi-facial skin.First of all clean your face with a suitable face wash. Then make a pulp of all the ingredients with a food processor. Spread it evenly and let the face mask get dry for 10 to 15 minutes. After that rinse it with lukewarm water and dry your face with a clean cloth.

Smear honey on your face and leave it for as long as possible (but 5-10mins a day will do). then rinse off with tepid water mixed with a teaspoon of cider vinegar - this has a neutral pH and will act as a toner.

Refreshing Facial Exfoliator gently removes dead skin cells and other impurities to reveal healthy skin. Women should exfoliate on a regular basis to keep skin clean and to promote younger looking skin. The all-natural ingredients in this product ensure it will not be too harsh on the skin.

You want to start protecting & hydrating your skin...good for you for wanting to do this! There are 3 things you need to do routinely for good, healthy skin: hydrate, exfoliate and protect. Each day you should cleanse your skin with something gentle. It does NOT have to be expensive. One of the best products is Cetaphil and you can get a large pump at any drug store for about $10. After cleansing your skin in the morning and night, you should apply a moisturizer with SPF. I think Neutrogena and Olay make great non-comedogenic products (they won’t clog your pores). Two or three times a week, you want to GENTLY exfoliate your face. Which means you need a cleanser with tiny microbeads (not big harsh ones) to help sluff off the dead skin. Over-exfoliating can lead to skin irritation and break-outs and isn’t necessary for every day skin care.

It's pretty easy, and yes, it's very good for colds and sometimes stomachaches too.
Just boil some water on high heat (put about 4 cups of water so you can have more if you need it) in a medium saucepan and put two teabags (Lipton is fine). When it comes to a boil, turn off the stove. Squeeze 1 large lemon, or 2 medium lemons (you can use limes as well) and about 3-4 tablespoons of honey and stir till the honey is dissolved.
Put some ginger too if you want even faster results.Another good thing you might want to try that also helps, is mint tea. Just put in a couple of mint leaves, fresh or dried, in boiling water and a teabag.

One of the most important ways to take care of your skin is to protect it from the sun. A lifetime of sun exposure can cause wrinkles, age spots and other skin problems — as well as increase the risk of skin cancer.Use sunscreen, Avoid the sun between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., when the sun's rays are strongest.
    Wear protective clothing. Don't smoke
