Warts are a common skin condition caused by a virus.duct tape can be more effective than any of these methods. All you have to do is cover the wart with duct tape for six days , then remove the tape, soak the wart, debride (euphemism for scraping off dead skin) it with a pumice stone, and repeat starting the next day. After a few cycles, the wart should be all gone. Just make sure you use grey duct tape — because other studies challenging the remedy have failed to remove warts by using the transparent kind.

Those keen on natural alternatives swear that, if you want to kill off a wart, take a piece of banana skin and place it on the wart, with the yellow side out. Carefully hold the skin in place with a plaster or surgical tape!

    for wart help

First of all you NEED to see a doctor if it starts getting worse or if it spreads and infects new areas. however that should not happen if you keep the area clean and cover it well. Try not to touch or scratch the healing area, it needs time (again after a couple of days if its not getting better see a doctor) Liquid Nitrogen is not a bad treatment for the warts however they are not guaranteed to cure it. As many would say there is no cure, but I dont believe that is true. I had several warts and I too used Liquid Nitrogen, I had to repeat it, three times and no use they always come back. So I started doing research and over the past 3 years I have found the following. take daily multi-vitamins, it helps keeps your immune system up and ready, take some fish oil pills they are good for the overall health of your skin and it lower inflammation . If you smoke quit it now, exercising and doing cardio-vesicular activity are extremely good in fighting any viruses and disease and supports your immune system as well. now for my secret ingredient get a natural organic vitamin C cleansing skin cream or wash. use it every other shower on the infected area and it will bring great results. taking some apple cider vinegar pills also might help in over-powering viruses due to its anti-bacterial anti-viral properties. and last but not least drink plenty of water. the pharmaceutical industry would like to deny what I have just mentioned but they cannot, but they will call this a "folk remedy" or not guaranteed treatment. But they will never tell you that it doesn't work, Liquid Nitrogen and surgical operations, will only coast you a lot of money and will not tackle the root of the problem which is the HPV Virus. If you follow my instructions you will see amazing results not only on the problem in hand but an overall transformation of your health and appearance, you will look healthier look younger and feel better than ever.
    with all of best luck
